How will the ISB community be involved in the search?
In early February, the Board of Trustees asked all ISB Parents, Faculty, Staff, Alumni, Alumni parents, and Middle School students to participate in a survey to help determine the qualities the ISB community most values in the next Head of School. The results of this survey will help guide the Executive Committee in its selection process. Additionally, members of the ISB community--parents, faculty, staff, an alumni parent--have been asked to serve on the Advisory Committee.
What can you tell us about the candidates?
In order to respect the privacy of the candidates, the interview process must remain completely confidential, and the Executive Committee cannot share any specific information about the candidates’ current roles, backgrounds or experience with the ISB community.
